1. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ವೇತನ ಖಾತೆಯ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಲಾಭವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ವೇತನ ಖಾತೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಲು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಎರಡು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ವಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಾದ - ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಜೀವನ್ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ
ಬಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆ (PMJJBY) ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ಬಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆ (PMSBY) ಯನ್ನು
ತೆರೆಯಲು ಕೋರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ವೇತನ ಖಾತೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ ಮುಖಾಂತರ

ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಜೀವನ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಬೀಮ ಯೋಜನೆ (ಪಿಎಂಜೆಜೆಬಿವೈ)
ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಜೀವನ್ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಬಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆ (ಪಿಎಂಜೆಜೆಬಿವೈ) ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ರೂ.436/-ಗಳ
ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂ ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು (ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂ ವಿಮಾದಾರರ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ ಖಾತೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ
ಪಾವತಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ) ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಮರಣ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದರೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿತ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ರೂ.
2.00 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳ ವಿಮಾ ಮೊತ್ತದ ನರೆವು. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯು 18 ರಿಂದ 50 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ
ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ಬಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆ (ಪಿಎಂಎಸ್‌ಬಿವೈ)
ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ಬಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆ (ಪಿಎಂಎಸ್‌ಬಿವೈ) ಇದು ಅಪಘಾತ ವಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು,
ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ರೂ. 20/-ಗಳ ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂ ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು (ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂ ವಿಮಾದಾರರ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ ಖಾತೆಯ
ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ). ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಅಪಘಾತವಾಗಿ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟರೆ ಅಥವಾ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಒಟ್ಟು
ಅಂಗವೈಕಲ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ರೂ. 2.00ಲಕ್ಷಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಭಾಗಶಃ ಅಂಗವೈಕಲ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ರೂ.1.00 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳ ವಿಮಾ
ಮೊತ್ತದ ನರೆವು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯು 18 ರಿಂದ 70 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇವೆರಡು
ಭಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಬಹಳ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತವಾಗುವುದು.
3. ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಪತ್ರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: FD-CAM/160/2023 ದಿನಾಂಕ:02/11/2023 ರನ್ವಯ,
ಪಿಎಂಜೆಜೆಬಿವೈ ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಎಂಎಸ್‌ಬಿವೈ ವಿಮಾ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್‌ಆರ್‌ಎಂಎಸ್‌ ಇಎಸ್‌ಎಸ್‌
ಲಾಗಿನ್‌ https://hrmsess.karnataka.gov.in ನ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅದರಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಡಿಡಿಓಗಳು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಖಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು
ಹಾಗು ಇಎಸ್‌ಎಸ್‌ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ದಾಖಲೆಯನ್ನು ನವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು ಅವರ
ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಪರ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು, ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆರವರು
ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
4. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ತಮ್ಮ ನಗದು ರಹಿತ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಜೀವಿನಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳನ್ನು
ಅಪ್‌ಡೇಟ್‌ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಸದುಪಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ
ಕುಟುಂಬವು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
5. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ESS ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಆದ ಪಾವತಿ ಚೀಟಿ, ರಜೆ
ವಿವರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಡಿತದ ಸಾರಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾದ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು
ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಡಿಡಿಓರವರು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ತಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು 1ನೇ ಜನವರಿ
2024 ರ ಮೊದಲು ಈ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ
ಡಿಡಿಓರವರದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
Important Alert to All Employees & DDO’s
1. All employees are informed to take benefit of salary account plan offered by all
major bank and set your salary account under this plan in your respective banks.
2. As per FD letter no: FD-CAM/160/2023 Dated:06/09/2023 . Request every
employees to opt for these two beneficial insurance schemes – Pradhan Mantri
Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana
(PMSBY) –through your Salary bank accounts. For more information please visit

Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana(PMJJBY)
The PMJJBY is available to people in the age group of 18 to 50 years having a
bank account who give their consent to join / enable auto-debit. Aadhar would
be the primary KYC for the bank account. The life cover of Rs. 2 lakhs shall be for
the one year period Stretching from 1st June to 31st May and will be renewable.
Risk coverage under this scheme is for Rs. 2 Lakh in case of death of the insured,
due to any reason. The premium is Rs. 436 per annum which is to be auto-
debited in one installment from the subscriber's bank account as per the option
given by him on or before 31st May of each annual coverage period under the
scheme. The scheme is being offered by Life Insurance Corporation and all other
life insurers who are willing to offer the product on similar terms with necessary
approvals and tie up with banks for this purpose.
Pradhan Mantri Suraksha BimaYojana(PMSBY)
The Scheme is available to people in the age group 18 to 70 years with a bank
account who give their consent to join / enable auto-debit on or before 31st May
for the coverage period 1st June to 31st May on an annual renewal basis. Aadhar
would- be the primary KYC for the bank account. The risk coverage under the
scheme is Rs.2 lakh for accidental death and full disability and Rs. 1 lakh for
partial disability. The premium of Rs.20 per annum is to be deducted from the
account holder's bank account through 'auto-debit' facility in one instalment.
The scheme is being offered by Public Sector General Insurance Companies or
any Other General Insurance Company who are willing to offer the product on
similar terms with necessary approvals and tie up with banks for this purpose.
3. As per FD Circular no: FD-CAM/160/2023 Dated:02/11/2023 , PMJJBY and
PMSBY Insurance details need to be updated in ESS Portal
https://hrmsess.karnataka.gov.in/. Additional Chief Secretary, Finance
Department is following up the progress and it is the responsibility of all
employees and DDO’s to ensure they avail these schemes and also update ESS
accordingly.
4. Please also update your KASS beneficiaries immediately so that the cashless
medical/health scheme benefits can be availed by employees and their family.
5. DDO should ensure that, all Employees register in ESS Portal, and use the
services like downloading their own payslip, leave title and deduction summary.
DDO’s are responsible for enabling all their employees to be registered before 1 st
January 2024 in this portal.
